I originally came to this office for toe surgery and therapy. At first, the customer service was excellent, and I felt very well taken care of. Unfortunately, over time, that level of care fell through the cracks. Later on I developed a fungal infection in my toe and came back to this office. The doctor prescribed medication that I was instructed to take over several months. I followed through and gave it time, but after moving to another state, the infection began returning. I’ve never written a review before but I had to. The most rudest person NICOLE answered my call today and blatantly denied me an appointment. I expressed I was in severe pain and needed to see a foot doctor as this practice came recommended to me by my entire neighborhood, I live in valley stream. And she was so hostile! She kept repeating there’s NOTHING AVAILABLE UNTIL 3 WEEKS ! Dr. Sajni Shah has been very professional and courteous. Excellent bedside manners and very patient and humble to listen to patient's issue. I would highly recommend to anyone to visit this Podiatrist in Valley Stream NY.
Went in today 8/10/24 with a lot of pain under my foot. I explained that I didn’t have an appointment and asked if I could be seen. One person in a grayish scrub turned to me and said ‘we will be closing in an hour’ and went to sit on the other side. Not sure what that meant. Need to be more customer service orientated. Try to welcome everyone, with a smile, you don’t lose anything, instead you gain credibility.
ROCHELLE IS A LIFE SAVER. This representative went above her call of duty and exceeded my customer service expectation. Rochelle consistently provided exceptional service by attentively listening to my concerns, responding with patience and resolving issues efficiently.
