Went in today 8/10/24 with a lot of pain under my foot. I explained that I didn’t have an appointment and asked if I could be seen. One person in a grayish scrub turned to me and said ‘we will be closing in an hour’ and went to sit on the other side. Not sure what that meant. Need to be more customer service orientated. Try to welcome everyone, with a smile, you don’t lose anything, instead you gain credibility.
I took my kids the doctor. Every 2 months I am getting a bill from them. I paid my co-pay at the time of service. Be careful taking after your visits expect to keep paying bills every 2 months. Very disappointed because I was told I have no more co-pays but this is my 3rd co-pay.
ROCHELLE IS A LIFE SAVER. This representative went above her call of duty and exceeded my customer service expectation. Rochelle consistently provided exceptional service by attentively listening to my concerns, responding with patience and resolving issues efficiently. Doctor Shapiro is a honest and helpful doctor. He evaluated my situation(toe nail fungus) fairly and told me what I had to do so quickly with a couple of options. His treatment and attention to his patients are amazing. I would just like to thank him for what he has done for me. There was some confusion with appointment dates early into my treatment but that was not a problem going forward with my treatment,
I went to Dr Shapiro with pains in my feet. It Hurt a lot to walk. The office staff was extremely professional. Office is neat and clean. Dr fixed my problem with minimal procedures. We was honest and didn’t make me go through any unnecessary tests I didn’t need. Dr Shapiro is extremely recommended by me and my entire family. I would never use anyone else.
