We've lived in Abilene for 6 years and have shopped Andrews since the beginning of our time here. We truly love their products, their customer service, their knowledge and the appreciation shown to us when we shop in their store. We were needing a plain accent chair for our living area and finding one there was simple. Mr Andrew stepped in and took care of us knowing everyone was extremely busy with other customers. Andrews furniture is a great place to find the furniture you need. The sales staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Just the right amount of help without any pressure. The delivery crew was courteous and very respectful of my home and the new furniture. I will definitely use them again.
I loved my experience shopping with Charles at Andrews. He was patient attentive and helpful. I will always go to Andrews and shop with Charles. Also the dresser that Charles sold me was no longer available from the manufacturer. Scott the owner allowed Charles to accommodate me with a larger piece for no additional charge. I am so happy.
10/10 recommend. From the first phone call to the end of delivery, the staff of Andrews delivered the dream service. We were able to walk in the store and pick out a sale item to take home on the same day. Cathy helped us out and showed us around the whole store. She was very helpful and knowledgeable.
