Had an amazing experience receiving TMS treatments from Anew. Initially I came here for psychiatric services and was not interested in TMS due to a false image I had in my head of what TMS actually was. Once they walked me through everything, I felt a lot more trusting of the process and my concerns were addressed, and after dying my own research to, I decided to give it a try. My new Therapist Lauren Lopez is wonderful . She made me feel comfortable to express myself and was empathetic to what I was telling her. I feel she is the best fit for me . I’m looking forward to more sessions . Thanks
The treatment seemed to help. Wish it was longer than the 36 sessions. I wish we were a me to touch base with the psychiatrist partly through. Also wished we had the same technician each time. Scheduling and times were easy and convenient.
Awesome facility with caring, kind, professional people from beginning to end and front to back office. I felt very validated. Great playlist in the waiting room was a plus.
