Great program - significantly helps sleep quantity and quality - now to 8 hrs. Plus mood stimulation and elevation. Very positive effect
Front office and intake staff were professional and polite. The Nurse Practitioner I met with was extremely patient and knowledgeable. I honestly felt comfortable being honest with my current mental state and confident in her ability to genuinely help me be as well as possible.
Anew Era TMS has been a wonderful resource and support for my TMS journey. I had an incredible experience during this round with Sophia. She was consistently kind, compassionate and accommodating. Her presence made the daily task of going to TMS appointments five days a week more enjoyable. Thank you Sophia!
I had an amazing experience. I was so lucky to have Sophia as my TMS Tech! Not only was she professional but she was so sweet and genuine. You know you’re in a great place when you look forward to your appointments! If you’re hesitant on trying TMS, use this as your sign to do it. Everyone from Ashley at the front desk to the manager Jen, will leave you feeling at home and cared for. I can’t thank them all enough!
It was suggested by my therapist to do TMS here and I have to say, I am forever better off because I did this. And to add to that, I got to work with Sophie! She is such a nice lady, kind and a great listener. I had some questions and she answered everything, even went as far as checking in to see if was okay during the process. (I’m a little jumpy. Next time I’ll be doing the anxiety side if I get accepted.) Great service, a fantastic Sophie. 5 stars across the table.
