I rarely write bad reviews, but this is ridiculous. I had an initial appointment here thinking "wow I'm going to finally get the care I need". I go to my appointment and am required to take a specific test which I'd pay $100+ for. The results come back and Dr. Hamm and I have an initial conversation. I have been a patient of Ms. Angela Hamm since 2019. She has been a huge help in managing my medication. During covid, I would have difficulty getting online (my issues w/technology) and she was patient and would often call me directly. I think Lifestance (the corporation she works for) has room for improvement but Ms. Hamm is a knowledgeable, professional and kind caregiver.
Very disappointed in this large big business practice! We have been using this practice for over a year and recently lost our insurance for our daughter. Last month she had a 15 minute follow up appointment and one month medication prescribed for the price of $405.00! Nearly $30.00 a minute. Today, was our one month follow up and a quite unprofessional message was left on my 19 year olds voicemail an hour before her appointment requiring her to pay the $405.00 fee, as well as the balance on her account before her appoint... read more

Lifestance is extremely predatory and impersonal, I have have nothing good to say about them other than stay away
