The Best experience I have had with this business has been with the front desk "McKenzie" in Smyrna who is absolutely amazing,She's helpful,friendly and so efficient! As well as with the personnel that answer the phones. Since my Therapist Deena Spital left the firm, it has been very disappointing.Now the visits are very short,not personable,and very robotic. She was a no-show for our first appointment today which was supposed to be at 4pm. I waited in the virtual waiting room for 30 minutes and she never showed. Now I looked at google and it says her day ended at 2pm today. So why would you even schedule an appointment for a time when you aren’t going to be working?? We tried calling the office and they said that they were closed for the day. We have no way of getting in touch with her. Absolutely ridiculous.
