The receptionist both times was a little unfriendly, not to welcoming. My counselor was great my first visit. My next visit she was 13 mins late coming to get me. If you’re late they will charge you a fee. Though out the session my counselor continues to look at the time. I’m very observant. She made sure the session ended on time even tho we started late. Honestly seek another provider. DO NOT waste your time and money on this lady. ANGELA HICK’s is a very rude, impatient, loud, aggressive woman. I’d like to think she’s going through menopause or was hangry, but for the amount of times she interrupted me, loudly spoke over me, and then when I asked her was she was so angry and defensive she went off-VERY unprofessional.
