I would never recommend her to family or friends. She was not professional at all, almost combative. The year I went to her all she did was order testing to be done and never really went over results and explain. I would leave her office…a few days later I would receive calls from Simon’s Imaging where she had ordered the same tests. It was a miserable year for me and my health care.
My family was assigned Dr Angela Merzenich MD as our primary care through our insurance. We had not used that office before but I was open to giving it a try. What a nightmare! The office staff are rude and I heard them making fun of a patient trying to make an appointment. That leads me to trying to make an appointment, this is very difficult because "this doctor in only here on these days" this doctor only sees patients on these days". The best doctor I ever had. She is very smart and I know I'm being taken care of with her. She takes her own time to make time for her patients. Words can't explain how much gratitude I have for her.
Dr. Merzenich is the best doctor that I have ever had! We absolutely love her! As the practice has grown it has become a little more difficult to see her and not a nurse practitioner, but she does her best to take care of her patients.
I love, love, love the doctor. She is smart, has a heart for her patients and has took care of me for years. However, since she moved to this mainstream office about 3 years ago roughly, her staff is unorganized with billing and scheduling. It is too bad because Dr. Merzenich is amazing. Because I have a debt from 2016, they will not allow me to schedule an appointment with her until it is paid in full. I do not have over $500 so I unfortunately will have to seek another doctor.
