Dr. Merzenich is truly an angel. When a hospital failed to give me the necessary treatment i needed i made an appointment with her and cried my fear and fustrations. She went above and beyond to not only help facilitate the treatment i needed, she made sure I was taken care of which ultimatley saved my life. I am forever grateful and can think of no other better Primary Care doctor then her. Highly recommend.

She explains everything clearly and takes the time to answer all questions, genuinely listening to any concerns. Her dedication to her patients' well-being is evident in every visit, and her professionalism and compassion really stand out. I'm 64 years old with chronic health issues. That means I've seen ALOT of doctors and I have never had a doctor that has genuinely cared for me the way Dr. Merzenich has. She considers all avenues as to what is best for me both mentally and physically while showing me great respect. I consider her a great friend.
Dr. Merzenich is the best doctor that I have ever had! We absolutely love her! As the practice has grown it has become a little more difficult to see her and not a nurse practitioner, but she does her best to take care of her patients.
I would never recommend her to family or friends. She was not professional at all, almost combative. The year I went to her all she did was order testing to be done and never really went over results and explain. I would leave her office…a few days later I would receive calls from Simon’s Imaging where she had ordered the same tests. It was a miserable year for me and my health care.
