Absolutely the WORST insurance I have EVER HAD!!! They will not pay for anything . They have refused to pay for me being inpatient twice for 5 days. I was in ICU for 5 days in December for a screwup from a loop recorder insertion and almost died and had to be transported to another hospital to have cardiothoracic surgery to remove the device from my lung cavity and June 2026 for 5 days for a stroke and they are refusing to pay. This company is horrible,every other month I have to jump through hoops just to get an authorization for a life saving medication, they transfer tou from person to person,having to give the same information over and over, and then they tell you some bs reason why they didn't do what they were supposed to do, twice already there delays have cased me to have to go off my medications throwing my treatment off and causing more problems and taking it longer to get back in line again.
