I saw Dr. Patel in my teens. He diagnosed me with bipolar disorder and then proceeded to put me on every medication there was, causing suicidal ideation for years. None of the medications worked. I would go to psych hospitals every summer in high school. Turns out, 20 years later, I have pmdd and am on the spectrum. I spent most my life suffering because I believed Dr. Patel was a professional. I just would like him to know. You literally ruined my life. Im glad they warn teens nowadays but I was the rat that was tested.
