Wonderful, caring provider who truly listens in a calm, nonjudgmental manner. Dr.Patel sews together what I’ve reported over time to make astute observations and feedback, and to ask intelligent, evidence-based questions. I’m so grateful that he made the observation that my interactions with certain people in my life was traumatic for me. Amazing doctor!
Dr. Patel is very easy to talk to, he listens and makes good interpretations. He helps with prescription medications, and he encourages me to see a therapist. Dr. Patel is familiar with and supportive of the help I’ve found in 12 step programs. I was scared when I first saw Dr. Patel but I’ve found that there’s nothing to be scared of and that he truly wants to help me get better.
I'm not sure why all the good reviews. One other reviewer said it best, the front office is extremely rude and can care less about your mental health. I called in dispute a no show charge going on six months, my tone was not rude, just inquiring how I reach billing, and the lady on the phone rudely said they can't do anything about it. Then 5 minutes later u get a call from Dr.Patel, asking me to not be rude to the staff. Seriously? This was after I've seen this Dr a dozen times in his little 15 min appointnent window.
