This office has always been great to my 3 fur babies.they are extremely nice staff .my babies are use to people just me and my husband but when I take them for their check ups or whatever the reason is to see the vet they dont act scared and this is because the staff love their work and have a heart for what they do..
Dr. Brown and the entire staff are wonderful. They are caring and kind, informative, treat our babies like their own. I love ACC and would highly recommend your fur babies there. All my kitties go there.
Dr. Blankenship is the best Veterinarian. This office from the front desk to the personalized care in the patient rooms is excellent. They are all very professional, understanding and kind. The willingness to listen to me rambling on about my pup is much appreciated ☺️ I highly recommend this practice for the best medical care for you furry family members.
I'm not sure about the veterinarians services; but I can speak on their boarding services. We took our girls there for a long weekend and their weekday stay was just fine, but their weekend stay was not. When we got our girls home, they both walked around and cried for hours and one yelped every time we petted her side. We have boarded our girls many times at other facilities and have never experienced this situation, and they have never once cried like they did upon coming home from this stay. I recently changed my dogs vet to Animal Care Center. Everyone there is very friendly. We've seen Dr. Ferrell twice and I really like her. She listens and seems to truly care.
