I cannot say enough about how wonderful this clinic was during our time of need. We have been customers/patients of another local vet clinic for over 15 years however during our critical final moment of our sweet Riley's life they would not schedule an appointment to see her for 5 days. Riley was our labrador retriever and had been part of our family for 13 years. She went everywhere with us including summer vacations and weekends at the lake. The staff at ACC was very polite and courteous. I called scheduled an appointment for my dog for a tooth concerns, they ended up calling me back and got me in that day after they had a cancellation. When we got there, there was hardly any wait time before they took us back. The showed genuine concern for my dog and was so attentive to her. They went over and explained all the options for treatment. They ended up doing a minor surgery and removing her tooth. They made sure to make my dog as comfortable and pain free as... read more
My fur baby hurt his paw and they were able to work us in. Dr Ferrell was so good with Archie. She was thorough and it wasn’t a long wait which is always good when your baby doesn’t like being in a carrier. Would definitely recommend! Archie says thanks guys.
Our beloved and spoiled cats have been patients of Dr. Montgomery and Dr. Ferrell-Blankenship for a long time. They have treated our cats and our daughter's cat through some scary times for our pets, and us. Both veterinarians are well educated, compassionate, gentle, kind, and honest people.
