Brought my 3 dogs and 2 cats for their yearly checkups and vaccinations. They treat my pets individually and with great care. My older dog, Trudy had been having a leaky bladder. They so easily got a urine sample and found she had a bacterial infection. They started her on an antibiotic and even in just 3 days she has improved. I love how they take into account that I have to travel some to get there. Office staff, assistants and vets are top notch!
We were able to bring our dog in the day before Thanksgiving without an appointment. She had a UTI and started treatment right away. They didn't hesitate letting us bring her in and not making us wait until they were open again in Monday!!
We are still new to Montana, our youngest of pups had an abscess tooth and we have known our previous vet for over 10 years so I just happened to find Dr Francis on Google and Wow, We couldn’t have been happier and more pleased with He and his entire team, from the first phone call to them to picking her up after the appointment, Dr Francis and his team (Kate, Jill, Diane the whole staff) made me feel at ease the minute Ripley and I arrived. It’s a bit of a drive but they are more than happy to see my wallabies. Fixed my little guys broken arm. It’s small and they talk to you and not rush you in and out like the bigger practices.
This place is great! We were visiting the area when our dog got a cut on some barbed wire. They were willing to see her late on a Friday afternoon and took great care of her. We really appreciate their kindness and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure she was ok.
