Wonderful staff and doctors! Always very friendly and helpful. They offer options instead of pushing expensive treatments as the only choice. As a senior with a senior dog, that helps so much and doesn't make me feel guilty when I can't afford a certain treatment. Love this office!
I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Bridgette! My dog has been struggling with allergies for a while, and after seeing multiple vets, I finally feel like someone truly listened. Dr. Bridgette took so much time to sit with us, explain everything clearly, and walk me through all of our options — not just push medications. My son has a Chiweenie who has vasculitis in both his ears. We were referred to Animal Dermatology South for treatment. It was abundantly clear why the reviews were so high. From the minute we walked in the door, we felt special. From receiving an extremely quick appointment to the level of care and treatment and, of course, the professionalism from everyone. Staff here is great and you get good service. I feel my dog received a good diagnosis and hopefully will be on the way to recovery. My only complaint is the price of the products they sell that you can get elsewhere for much less. They sold me a shampoo for itching that works great but I got home and priced the same shampoo on Amazon for half the price. My advice is to go for treatment, but check the prices elsewhere for any products they suggest. Except for prescribed meds. Then of course you get from the vet.
When we brought Paisley home from the shelter, we knew it was going to be a long medical road for her- specifically related to her ears.
