Dr. Canfield was amazing with my dog. He was kind, gentle, and did an excellent job with the cryosurgery. He made the whole experience stress-free and clearly cares about his patients. My dog Ollie loved him, and the staff was all so kind. I’m very grateful for his care and highly recommend this Veterinary office.
Wonderful staff and doctors! Always very friendly and helpful. They offer options instead of pushing expensive treatments as the only choice. As a senior with a senior dog, that helps so much and doesn't make me feel guilty when I can't afford a certain treatment. Love this office!
First, I would like to say that I am happy to see so many positive reviews or experiences from this establishment, however that has not been my experience. After the bacteria check for my pup's skin issues, it was determined she has "an allergy", and to use X, Y or Z shampoos for the next 6 weeks and let's have a follow up. After bathing every 2-3 days with one expensive shampoo, then changing to another after 2 weeks of no improvement and just getting inflamed again, I tried calling to ask for advice. First issue. My dog Ellen is doing great with her treatment. I've had her for 2 years and her skin is doing so well she is getting fuzzy all over and in places she's never been fuzzy like her ears and feet. As a veterinary technician myself I especially appreciate their patience and kindness with Ellen who isn't the bravest little dog thanks to her history of living with a hoarder. Overall we would both recommend their services. All employees were super nice, friendly, and helpful as well.
My son has a Chiweenie who has vasculitis in both his ears. We were referred to Animal Dermatology South for treatment. It was abundantly clear why the reviews were so high. From the minute we walked in the door, we felt special. From receiving an extremely quick appointment to the level of care and treatment and, of course, the professionalism from everyone.
