Wonderful staff and doctors! Always very friendly and helpful. They offer options instead of pushing expensive treatments as the only choice. As a senior with a senior dog, that helps so much and doesn't make me feel guilty when I can't afford a certain treatment. Love this office!
First, I would like to say that I am happy to see so many positive reviews or experiences from this establishment, however that has not been my experience. After the bacteria check for my pup's skin issues, it was determined she has "an allergy", and to use X, Y or Z shampoos for the next 6 weeks and let's have a follow up. After bathing every 2-3 days with one expensive shampoo, then changing to another after 2 weeks of no improvement and just getting inflamed again, I tried calling to ask for advice. First issue. When we brought Paisley home from the shelter, we knew it was going to be a long medical road for her- specifically related to her ears. I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Bridgette! My dog has been struggling with allergies for a while, and after seeing multiple vets, I finally feel like someone truly listened.
