Unfortunately we had to put our 16 year old companion to rest, and the staff here was amazing. They were so compassionate. They made sure my Cali girl had a nice treat plate full of whipped cream, cookies, cheese, and chocolate. We got to stay with her the whole time. They even did paw prints for us. As terrible as the situation was for my family, the staff helped make it easier. They gave us as much time as we needed to be with our girl. When your best friend is in need of the utmost care and time is of the essence, I never felt like I was making the wrong decision when an emergency came from my furry best friend.
I rescued my dog from an abusive breeder background, and she’s incredibly terrified and anxious. The staff was super kind and friendly, and I was incredibly thankful for their patience and professionalism. They’ve been willing to work with me to help ease her anxiety at the vet, as I’m still training her to come out of her shell. Amazing place!!

Do not take your animal here, they really only care about money here. Trying to turn a veterinary into a subscription service. They would rather your dog die then do you a favor for the wellness of the animal. They also Prioritize the feelings of their employees and the “safe space” will give you a quote and then raise is by 1000 when it’s time to pay. There is a reason why they are looking for new customers. Do yourself a favor a find a vet with a heart.
