Always a great visit. Friendly and helpful staff. Thanks Emily! Doctor takes her time talking to you about your pet and gives helpful suggestions. They really care about your pet's health. Not a long wait and they space the appointments out so there are not a lot of animals in the waiting room at the same time. We have used them to board our dog and they took very good care of him. We couldn't ask for a better place to take our furry family member.
I would not recommend! My parents took their cat here after he was injured. They were extremely insensitive suggesting amputation, or putting the cat down for a broken leg. My parents are friends with vets in other parts of the state who questioned extra charges on their quote. So they got a second opinion and the cat’s leg is not even broken. I have been with this animal hospital for a lot of years. They have always done an excellent job with my dogs my horses and my cats. I would highly recommend them to others for the treatment of their pets. I am treated very well by the new veterinary and have always been treated well by the staff. I would love to see their request for updated dental equipment taken seriously. The right group is there. They need to be listened to. I would still recommend this practice to others. Dr Chiu is great! She takes care of all of my cats and gives me all of her attention and explains everything. She provides a very thorough exam and didn't make me feel belittled for bringing my cats in. We will keep going to Animal Hospital of Tiffin!
The Animal Hospital of Tiffin was able to get my Doberman seen in An emergency on 3/8. My vet was out and I called 3 other vets before I finally reached Animal Hospital of tiffin. They were wonderful from start to finish with my baby. She is doing much better and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the care, concern and treatment of my Doberman.
