RJ is fantastic! There are no scary metal tables, he actually sits on the floor with your furry loved one. They also have a fantastic wellness program that saves you money! If you're looking for a good vet, you'll find him here. Oh, and I can't leave out the receptionist Jamie is fantastic.
I highly recommend Windrose to anyone looking for a Veterinarian. My doggie daycare recommended them and they have been beyond wonderful. The staff is friendly, responsive, and caring.
A very professional, friendly, and welcoming office! .No long waits, staff calls to follow up after you've been in with your pet. I highly recommend them if you want the personal attention!
The cleanliness of the office is impeccable! So warm and inviting especially with the little fireplace. I feel at home. All of the staff are so very friendly. And they always so excited to see my baby! Would recommend to all of my friends with animals!
Five stars aren't even enough for the rating of Windrose.... I cannot express how thrilled I was with this place, from the reception desk to to the vet tech to the doctor. This was my first time to Windrose. Super clean facility. Dr. Skalos was super easy to talk to and took the time to ask if I had any questions. Very impressive quality of care. We'll be using Windrose!
RJ and the staff are FANTASTIC. My dog is always so comfortable here, and he loves the love he gets from all of the staff members. I appreciate that they are open late hours and on weekends and that they can always fit me in if my dog has an urgent need. Very friendly environment! I can't recommend their service enough!
We went to the urgent care today and will never go back! My sick and usually very friendly dog was anxious being there. The vet was fine with her but a vet tech who never even touched my pet lied and said that she bit him when he was giving me papers to sign for $800 estimate of X-rays and meds. She barked a lot but was held on her leash by my daughter, and clearly wanted out of the room but never tried to bite him or was close enough to. I had prepaid my $150 bill and was sent home.
