Our Jackers turned out to have a minor problem but the vet was very kind and explained everything to us. She is a six year old cat and this is the first medical problem she has had other than when we first rescued her. We were very satisfied with the care and also the fact that they didn’t do a bunch of tests that would only increase our bill. We got in right away and had literally no waiting. Highly recommend
We absolutely love Dr. Taylor and recommend him 100% to anyone in need of a vet. He is exceptional, detail oriented, caring and solution focused. He is always direct and honest. He never upsells and truly does what is best for each and every animal. He follows up personally which is amazing. We never felt rushed, even though we know he was busy. He is really one of a kind. I can't say enough about this place. It's unassuming and pretty small, but the people are great. All the doctors have been great, but especially Dr. Taylor of late. He's very thorough in describing his conclusions and the options, and he's called me like 3 times in the last week despite it being a very small issue that could have been handled by the front desk. A much better experience than I've had with other vets. They really put in the work.
Everyone has been terrific from the first time I set foot in the Brambleton location. Dr. Ellie is AMAZING and I cannot imagine caring for my my pets without her. The techs, the front office...everyone. They truly care about every animal (and person) that comes through the doors and it is felt. Dr. Ellie is smart, does her research, helps you come to the best decision for your pet (and owner), is loving towards animals and makes you feel as if she is treating one of her own....through good health, end of life and everything ... read more
Dr. Taylor took great care of our fur baby. He was extremely informative and gave extensive details on each issue our pup was facing, the pros/cons of certain medicines & treatments and he really took the time to go through everything with us. Would highly recommend!
