My cat Perch needed urgent care last Wednesday night just before they closed. Dr. Gentile provided compassionate, prompt, and informative care. His staff, Amelia & Gabby were also incredibly kind, gentle, and treated my cat like she was their own. The receptionist that evening was educated and immediately recognized that my cat’s condition was urgent. I highly recommend this clinic and will be taking my other pets here for their future care!
The staff is incredibly sympathetic to your pets needs no over selling . I had to say goodbye to my pup of 14 years today. The dignity and patience they display during one of the most difficult times in our lives is uplifting. God bless them for doing the work to make our furry family members healthy and happy. All our furry friends can cross over the rainbow bridge knowing they were given the best care.
Our GSP 2 year got caught in a trap at Bald Mountain Recreation Area. Our vet was closed and when I called Animal Wellness & Medical Center of Oxford they were able to get her in right away. Such kind and caring staff and doctor treated our girl and we were out in no time. We are so grateful that they were open and willing to see her. Thank you again for the excellent service and going above and beyond with this medical emergency.
Visited this pet urgent care twice now this month, once with my dog and once with my rabbit. I’m so impressed that this clinic is not only general practice and urgent care, but also sees exotic pets! Both times we saw Dr Gentile, and he was professional and kind with my pets. Everyone in the office was kind, professional and very helpful. I highly recommend this clinic and will be back for any urgent care needs and exotic care!!
It’s really hard to find a good vet! Dr Gentile managed to fit me in same day to see my pigeon during an emergency. I was so pleased with everything that I will definitely be going back for regular visits with him!
