I would highly recommend AniMed Animal Hospital! We had a life or death emergency with our Quincy cat and in spite of already having a surgery in progress, this wonderful hospital let us bring him right in. Kindness was shown to us and our beloved Quincy from the time I picked up the phone until we left the office. Sadly, our cat was beyond saving, but not for lack of giving us the best care possible from the doctor and the staff. Love this place. Vets are great. Never had an issue. Trust them fully with my pets. Would never go anywhere else.
While we are not from the area, we were referred to this vet by someone we knew m. Our dog had contracted some issues which were getting worse, and while we aren't customers of theirs, they still took the time to see us on the same day. Everyone was extremely friendly and the doc was caring and quickly diagnosed what our dogs issue was as well as prescribing meds on the spot. We are very appreciative of the staff here and if we were local, this would no doubt be our vet!
AniMed has been fantastic to work with. We have a three-year-old lab and a new lab puppy and have had great experiences with both of them. Highly recommend.
Waiting 10 minutes on hold just to have them take a phone call? Then can't remember the answers provided to the questions. I recently started coming to this clinic. My previous vet clinic is much busier and still manages to be friendly and efficient. So I'm still teetering on whether to continue with this clinic or find another.

Our first visit was great. My husband took her up there and got our puppy all of her shots. He pre-paid for her booster. They told us to come back in three weeks. Well I called and set up an appointment for Saturday morning. My husband was at work so I had to take my four kids and the dog this establishment. I have NEVER had such poor service. Arrived on time, put on a to and THIRTY minutes later still waiting. No one else there. Heard tech explaining our pet outside the door and 15 minutes later - still NOTHING. I guess you have to have ultimate patience to take a pet there. Prices are comparable to other vets which I plan to use. Screw them!
