Dr. Jacob is an amazing OD. Your Optical Dept has an array of different frame brands was refreshing to the shopping experience. The Optician (David) was awesome as always with his wealth of knowledge and the way he described lenses in layman terms. From the check in to the Dr’s appointment to the Optical Dept is first class. I have been a patient for over 5 years and David is the reason I always come back.
One of the best decisions I've ever made getting new light adjustable lenses, my eyesight is spectacular now!!!! Dr. Jacob makes going through the process so easy, and she is great to work with.. I highly recommend 👌
I definitely recommend Key Whitman in Plano for any eye care or procedures. The staff is amazing and very knowledgeable. Dr Warren and Dr Jacob professional and explained every step taken. I am super satisfied with the level of care I have gotten from Key-Whitman and their staff, especially Dr. Anita Jacob George. It has been a week since my eye surgery and I am recovering nicely. I have been to other eye centers in different states and must say in comparison Key-Whitman stands out because they are all keeping an eye on the time you are there so as to not keep you waiting or forget about you.
