Virtual health visit today for counseling was great. It was my first virtual for this intervention. Anna P. Is so great to talk to. You’ve got to book her for several months in advance. My experience doing that was easy.
10/10 recommend. Anna provides a safe place to talk through and process life’s ups and downs. She understands mental health and illness from a clinical and first hand perspective. She validated feeling and offers course corrections when getting stuck in a negative spiral. She has a toolbox full of resources, backed by science, that aid in understanding, recovery and healing.
I see all of my health and wellness people at Lifestance. I feel taken care of and in good hands. The front desk staff is lovely as well. :)
I am seeing my therapist through the VA community services and so they pick up the tab. Every time I am seen we get future appointments setup
As a man, it can be uncomfortable to open up about life, but working with Anna has been a pleasurable experience. She affirms that I have a healthy sense of confidence and makes me feel truly heard and understood. She’s introduced me to ideas that have helped me better understand myself, and every session is both meaningful and enjoyable. I genuinely look forward to every appointment and feel fortunate to have found such an intelligent, open-minded, skilled, and compassionate therapist. She is one of them ones!
