Absolutely a pleasure to be able to see Anna everytime , as someone who has dealt with a few psychiatrist over a decade none of them come close to how professional and compassionate she is.

I love Ana Tran, she's helped me so much. Ana actually listens to me. The only thing that needs work is the new video meetings, the old process worked very well. The new video meetings didn't work and was not easy to access.

I wish I could give negative stars on this. She is not empathetic, she does not understand psychiatric patients in the slightest. She doesn’t know how to review medical charts and asks stupid questions. She was 45 minutes late to my appointment but if I’m 15 minutes late then it’s a no show and cancels the appointment. Awful NP and should find a new career.

It's easy to get discouraged about health care, especially mental health care, especially prescriptions, but with Anna Tran. She is everything you need in a great NP and a great caregiver. I can't recommend her more highly. My healthcare with Anna Tran was one of the few great experiences I had with health care in America and a great example of what someone in her position can do.
