For a first appointment it was good. It was mostly about administrative information that I needed to provide. I was able to give a little background information about myself. I shared a little about a couple traumatic experiences I had. I wish there had been more time to share but for the first appointment it was good.
I reallyappreciate seeing Annaken Toews . She gives me advice and help that is applicable to my daily challenges regarding my severe depression. She's the only one whohas helped deal with my depression of two decades.
Annaken Toews is amazingly kind and compassionate. She utilizes her skills to help with life long trauma and loss. As a former Healthcare worker , she is top notch.
Annaken is amazing. She is very knowledgeable in her modality and helping me work through past and current issues that arise.
Sessions go by quickly. Annaken asks what you want to work on. Compassionate and intuitive.
