Wonderful experience! The staff is very warm and welcoming. Dr. Lentz was extremely thorough. He explained everything before the procedure and during the root canal. I felt at ease getting my root canal there and I knew I was in good hands. It is not something you look forward too but I would definitely go back without hesitation. My mind was at ease and my tooth feels great !
From start to finish, the whole team made my experience easy, painless, & stress-free! Wendy & the front desk made scheduling a breeze. Miss Star got me back quickly & was friendly & comforting. Dr Lentz was great- I was able to ask questions, and he & Star made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. Best of all, they were done in under an hour! 10/10, highly recommended if you find yourself in need of a root canal!
I had to get an emergency root canal due to an infection. Given my past experience, I was anxious and concerned especially about the pain. Dr. Gupta was able to fit me in the next day after his examination. The whole procedure, from injecting the painkiller to applying the filling, was efficient and quite painless. And I received immediate relief allowing me to keep my flight travel plans that same day. I'm very grateful for Dr. Gupta's expertise and would recommend him without hesitation.
Dr. Mark was absolutely one of the bestI have ever seen. From the moment I walked into the office, I was impressed by how welcoming, professional, and caring everyone was. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. Nobody wants to get a root canal; but as far as root canals go, this was as relaxed and enjoyable as it gets. From the initial evaluation following a referral for re-treatment of an old root canal to the actual work being performed a couple of weeks later, I had nothing but pleasant, professional, and kind interactions with all staff at this practice.
