By far this has to be the best place in the World for any issues with your teeth. The front staff greeted me with the utmost respect, unlike places that have a corporate greeting. After checking in the technician ensures that you know the procedure your having, cause I've been in a situation some years ago where the provider thought I was having a root canal instead of cleaning. As a person that hates dentist and dental work i can say having to get a root canal causes the highest stress and anxiety possible. I can honestly say that this is the most professional, caring, and pain-free dental procedure I have ever had. The entire staff from reception to the DDS were amazing. They talked me through the entire process before starting anything. After the lidocaine I didn't feel a single thing and BAM, 45 min later I was done and out the door. This office is a 10 out of 10! Very professional, gentle staff who listened to my needs. Dr. Gupta was excellent. I had alot of trauma from my experience at the Baltimore School of Dentistry and soon realized that once I got into the private sector, services could be quick, more affordable and high-quality. Fears of dental work have disappeared.
Dr. Gupta, Star, and the front desk staff were absolutely AMAZING 🤩. It may be crazy that I am saying this, especially for receiving a root canal; however, it was the best experience I have ever had when being seen by a dentist (and I have had extensive dental work over the years!). This was my first time attending Annapolis Endodontics. I am extremely pleased with their service. I highly recommend them!!
