Great Experience. Although, I was nervous going in from check in to being seated for procedure front desk, dental staff to doctor made me comfortable and ease my nervousness. They all were professional and knowledgeable of what they were doing and how to treat a patient and make them feel welcome. I will go back and refer any and everyone. They also they called me the next day to make sure I was OK. I had no pain or issues to report.
From start to finish, the whole team made my experience easy, painless, & stress-free! Wendy & the front desk made scheduling a breeze. Miss Star got me back quickly & was friendly & comforting. Dr Lentz was great- I was able to ask questions, and he & Star made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. Best of all, they were done in under an hour! 10/10, highly recommended if you find yourself in need of a root canal!
Apart from having to wait 30 minutes past my appointment slot to get started, the whole experience at Annapolis Endodontics was really good! The staff was attentive. The endodontist listened to me and responded accordingly. His assistant was caring and kind. If one has to have root canal work done, I would strongly recommend this practice!
Everyone at this practice was amazing. Everyone made me feel comfortable, and Dr. Lentz and the assistant, Sean (Shawn?) treated me like I was their only patient all day. They took time to make me feel comfortable and made sure to answer any questions I had.
Dr. Mark was absolutely one of the bestI have ever seen. From the moment I walked into the office, I was impressed by how welcoming, professional, and caring everyone was.
