Great Experience. Although, I was nervous going in from check in to being seated for procedure front desk, dental staff to doctor made me comfortable and ease my nervousness. They all were professional and knowledgeable of what they were doing and how to treat a patient and make them feel welcome. I will go back and refer any and everyone. They also they called me the next day to make sure I was OK. I had no pain or issues to report.
Excellent service!! The staff were very kind, friendly, patient, and helpful. The front desk staff were extremely nice and patient during the initial phone calls to get set up with an appointment. They explained everything in detail. I ended up needing two root canals. They made sure I was comfortable, and the procedure went well! Very well pleased and would definitely come back if needed. Highly recommended! Thank you Dr. Gupta and your wonderful staff!!
Apart from having to wait 30 minutes past my appointment slot to get started, the whole experience at Annapolis Endodontics was really good! The staff was attentive. The endodontist listened to me and responded accordingly. His assistant was caring and kind. If one has to have root canal work done, I would strongly recommend this practice!
I was referred to Annapolis Endodontics for a consultation after experiencing severe tooth pain. Having had a bad root canal experience years ago, I was understandably nervous, but this visit was completely different. Best dental experience! Dr Gupta has very gentle fingers that makes a huge difference if you have a small mouth. He is smart, thorough and his support team is terrific! My root canal was exceptional! Thank you!!
