The front desk and scheduling is not worth the hassle. The wait times can be very long for your scheduled appointment. I have been seeing Dr Valentin and make my yearly appointments during the years prior visit. I’ve had to go elsewhere before for a “concern appointment” since she never has availability. This year when the time is coming for my yearly appointment, I get a call that she won’t be in that day and there isn’t another appointment available for >5 months. I booked a dermatologist appointment to address a worsening skin condition after my family encouraged me to get it checked. Getting an appointment took real effort, and I had to confirm it multiple times via text and email. While repetitive, I understood the necessity, especially since every reminder emphasized that cancelling with less than 24 hours notice incurs a cancellation fee. After spending an hour and a 1/2, waiting for an appointment for these people. They had a nerve to charge me and I was never seen. They keep sending me emails talking about statement and payment. Ridiculousness, tom foolery, absolute horrible business practices!!
Every single staff member was super friendly and incredibly helpful.Dr. Jones was amazing and made sure I fully understood what was going on.
