I had an amazing visit here. Great reception from Ms. Bethllhem and Ms. Shadra with lots of smiles. Dr. James was phenomenal and had my procedure done with a minute. Get here on time and you'll be through an easy process with ease. You must visit here. It's definitely a 5 star.

They were running behind and very late to call me back, then when the Dr. finally came back in was in the room for maybe 5 minutes. I have never had a dermatologist spend so little time or do so little in an appointment. This was my first visit as a new patient and I will not be returning. I also emailed the address they told me to in the reply below and never got a response, just another example of terrible costumer service.
Dr Valentin is a great! Her bedside manner with my daughter was amazing. She made her feel safe, comfortable and even excited about the process of treating her skin. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great dermatologist with an excellent bedside manner!
This office seems like the doctors would be impressive when I checked it out online. Unfortunately calling the office there are only automated system and you can never get through to anyone. They also have glitch on their online scheduling. The system glitches constantly and it's a constant frustration just to get online to schedule. I scheduled for a 7:30 a.m. appointment and showed up for my appointment only to find out that they booted my appointment out three months later.
