Friendly, welcoming, Knowledgable staff and very kind and patient physician who took the time to answer all my questions, listened to my concerns, and explained a plan moving forward. And the appointment was right on time too, no waiting! I highly recommend Anne Arundel Dermatology and Dr. Sylvia Suarez. She is an excellent physician with a great bedside manner! I was extremely impressed.
The dermatologist was good but the company is awful. They just had a data breach and they sent the most utterly useless email. No contact info. Had a low opinion of the company before this after booking an appt but now I really regret this company. Edited to add: Opportunity to improve - 1 - Make it easy to get in touch with you via email and phone for customers whose data you lost to criminals. 2 - make it easier to talk to a human at the office when making an appt. 3 - address the root causes of the long list of customer ... read more
Dr. Suarez and her assistant were great. Calling their office resulted in a same day new patient appointment which was amazing. The appointment was not rushed and I have complete confidence in Dr. Suarez.
12/06/2022 1st time visit to this practice. Dr. Sylvia Suarez performed a biopsy on my husband to diagnose a skin condition. The offices were clean and we were seen by the doctor just a little after our appointment time.
Love this place!! Dr. Sylvia been my Dr. for three years now and she's turned me all around into the confident being I know I was before my crazy breakout. She really listened and found what was really helpful for me. 10/10
