said i could get accutane and never contacted me again i’ve been waiting and waiting this sucks my insurance approved me and there has still been nothing done the front desk woman got my insurance paperwork and just said “i don’t know what they want” horrible service yall suck and im so upset with how my face looks you all gave me false hope.

I love everything about Anne Arundel Dermatology! It was easy to make an appointment for a time that was convenient for me, the staff is friendly and professional, and Dr. Germanas is knowledgeable and remembers me and my medical history every time. They are generous with skin care samples, which has enabled me to determine the best face wash and body lotion for my skin. I highly recommend them!
This was my first time going to a dermatologist as an adult, after I had bad experiences with a different dermatologist as a kid. Everyone at this office was very professional, and the doctor who saw me was knowledgeable and kind, and was happy to answer all of my questions and listened to my concerns. I will definitely use this office in the future. Thank you for the excellent experience!
The ladies there are very professional, and courteous. One secretary explained the ipad to me clearly. The waiting room is very clean, water is provided. Amy Spangler is a Super Excellent Physician Assistant!! She encourages her patients to ask questions. She explains exactly how to put the medication on your skin. A very thorough P.A. To me, she's the Best!!
