ANNETTE D BALE, WAS VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL SHE ALSO GAVE US A CALL ON FRIDAY AND SATURDAY TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS OKAY WE REALLY APPERCIATE HER AND SHE DESERVE A RAISE AND VACATION.
Very cold and robotic. She prescribed me SSRI’s with no talk of side effects, warnings, or possible problems. I ended up having severe side effects which she then prescribed me mood stabilizers. She has a severe lack of empathy and no bedside manner. She should not be working with mentally ill people and recklessly prescribes brain altering drugs.
