We have 3 storage units at this location. The lighting in our F building is great, super bright fluorescent lighting . The lighting in the E build is horrible. It is dim and dark, They are motion detected and go off within a minute. It is so dark in the halls and in the storage units. Not good. We have 2 20'x10' units int this building and it has terrible lighting. The other issue is that every time we go we have to to hunt down the flat dolly cart. I have a 5 by 8 storage unit the place is nice and clean the people are friendly Bud however if you one day or two days late you will be charged I believe every day and I can get very expensive you will receive a lot of threatening letters
If I could leave 0 stars I would. What is the point of having a phone number if nobody ever answers or gives a call back. I've called right at opening, midday, before closing, and nothing. It doesn't matter how many voicemails you leave you'll never get a call back. Terrible communication.
Definitely recommend this storage company !! Quick transaction I was in and out no more than 10 minutes ,very clean environment . Best prices in town !
One of the best storage facilities I’ve used and I’ve rented at many prior to. Been a customer since they opened up here in town and I have zero complaints thus far. Property is extremely well kept and maintained- from the units to the office. The manager Ashley and her employees have always been kind, helpful and honest. Would recommended them 10/10 to anyone looking for a reliable/safe place to keep their valuables and of course, receive great customer service!
