Poor customer service. No communication. They say they mailed notices for rent increases but we never received them. Unit leaks every time it rains. Rent goes up every few months.

One of the best storage facilities I’ve used and I’ve rented at many prior to. Been a customer since they opened up here in town and I have zero complaints thus far. Property is extremely well kept and maintained- from the units to the office. The manager Ashley and her employees have always been kind, helpful and honest. Would recommended them 10/10 to anyone looking for a reliable/safe place to keep their valuables and of course, receive great customer service!
