2nd time we’ve rented a unit from Another Closet. Amazing customer service and a clean well maintained property. Highly recommend the San Marcos, Tx location.
The rental process could not have been easier or more pleasant. The attendant was knowledgeable, helpful and such a pleasure to work with. He explained everything thoroughly and clearly. It was a pleasure doing business with Another Closet Self Storage in San Marcos.
The property is aways clean and secure. There’s always a cart available to accommodate all junk I want to store. The staff is great; I met Mantis who was helpful and friendly throughout setting up my rental.
Another Closet was my preferred location initially due to the proximity to my own home, but my experience there made me happy it was my choice. The facility is clean. The unit I rented was clean. Prices are competitive. And the rental process was made as easy and pleasant as possible by Manager Abigail Richardson. I was initially concerned that the somewhat short and steep driveway would be difficult to navigate by a mover using a long flatbed trailer, but it proved not to be a problem. The place is clean. Climate controlled units are cool. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are lower than other comparable units near me. Easy to reserve online.
