Hi I went in to look for a storage for my daughter. The little girl at the counter, Mariah, was very helpful and very knowledgeable. She helped me find what was suitable for my daughter's needs. It was nice and clean. She will probably never see this but thank you Mariah for being absolutely helpful.
There was a little confusion initially since the online system would not let me change the reservation date. I had annotated in the comments that I could not be present in person until the 25th. The system automatically cancelled the reservation after the 22nd had passed. After some conveyance with the attendant, he was able to pull the note out of the system. Everything went rather smoothly compared to other storage places. He even offered a discount for my veteran status.
NICE, SECURE LOCATION. MY PARTICULAR UNIT IS AT A DRAINAGE FEATURE AND MAKES IT DIFFICULT FOR ME TO APPROACH THE DOOR FROM THE UNLEVEL DRIVE. I WILL HAVE TO FIND ANOTHER. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO KNOW THAT THIS DRAINAGE WAS RIGHT AT THE DOOR.
