We are happy to have found Another Closet for our personal storage needs. The rates were great, the facility is clean, and the climate controlled environment was much nicer than past facilities (easily, 5+ degrees cooler in the heat). We accomplished our move-in (4 truckloads and 5 SUV loads) in less than 4 hours. Kudos to Mantas of the front office for all of his hard work, courtesy and helpfulness.
Hi I went in to look for a storage for my daughter. The little girl at the counter, Mariah, was very helpful and very knowledgeable. She helped me find what was suitable for my daughter's needs. It was nice and clean. She will probably never see this but thank you Mariah for being absolutely helpful.
There was a little confusion initially since the online system would not let me change the reservation date. I had annotated in the comments that I could not be present in person until the 25th. The system automatically cancelled the reservation after the 22nd had passed. After some conveyance with the attendant, he was able to pull the note out of the system. Everything went rather smoothly compared to other storage places. He even offered a discount for my veteran status.
Manager at the hunter road San Marcos Tx location went above and beyond in assisting me with my storage unit needs. Very professional and friendly service.
What a wonderful facility. The office was very helpful and polite. The location is clean. I felt very safe. 10/10!!
