First visit with Dr. Hiffa who took over my care from retired other doctor. Thought the visit was great. Dr. Hiffa has a terrific way of making medical conversations easy but still covering all the options-some of which were new to me. I would highly recommend him and since he is relatively young I would hope to see him for a long time
Dr. Hiffa, was extremely helpful and literally a lifesaver. I have a serious situation Dr Hiffa explain to me in a very professional and caring way, that made me feel confident that I could beat this cancer or at least get it under control. He gave my family and I hope.
First visit with Dr. Hiffa last week after the retirement of my previous provider at Ga Urology. Excellent first impression and Dr Hiffa is being proactive in my treatment. I was wearing a golf shirt from a course I have played and after initial introductions, Dr Hiffa and I spent a few minutes talking about golf.....talk about GREAT bedside manner. 5 Stars for Dr Hiffa!
Dr. Hiffa is extremely friendly and easy to talk to. He explained my upcoming procedure in detail, making me feel comfortable that his experience and expertise will insure that the outcome will be successful. I saw Dr. Hiffa again on May 20th. Again he and his staff did an excellent job. I would recommend Dr. Hiffa to anyone with prostate issues. Every experience I have had with him has been very positive.
Dr. Hiffa was always very patient, professional, and easy to talk to. He communicated everything clearly and made sure all of my questions were answered and that I fully understood what was going to happen with my procedure. I truly appreciated how thorough and caring he was throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a urologist and would definitely see him again in the future if needed.
