Absolutely love Dr. Hiffa and staff! Dr. Hiffa takes his time to really listen and explain what is happening. He’s friendly, knowledgeable and kind. The office is clean and runs efficiently. Very happy to have been referred to him when I had a 1.6cm kidney stone back in Oct.
Dr. Hiffa was very pleasant and polite. He gave me great options and some good advice and didn’t push medication or anything on me, I liked that. The front desk staff were also friendly and efficient. They helped me research some information that I couldn’t remember when most places wouldn’t take the time out of their day. I appreciated that. Anyway, I was happy!
A very good experience w/Dr Hiffa. He is very informative & has a positive attitude when explaining the procedure needed to give the correct care needed to resolve the problem at hand. He is kind & respectful of one's concern for their problem. He helped me to be more relaxed concerning my problem. I am thankful to have had my appointment w/Dr Hiffa.
I started taking my dad to Dr. Hiffa about 6 months ago. He has operated on my dad and I have never felt more comfortable with a doctor. He listens. He spends time with him. It's very obvious he really cares to do the best for his patients. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a urologist.
Staff was friendly and easy to deal with. Dr Hiffa made me feel like I was his only patient that day. He walked in the room up to date on my history and was knowledgeable and caring.
