Dr. Hiffa, was extremely helpful and literally a lifesaver. I have a serious situation Dr Hiffa explain to me in a very professional and caring way, that made me feel confident that I could beat this cancer or at least get it under control. He gave my family and I hope.
Dr. Hiffa is extremely friendly and easy to talk to. He explained my upcoming procedure in detail, making me feel comfortable that his experience and expertise will insure that the outcome will be successful. I saw Dr. Hiffa again on May 20th. Again he and his staff did an excellent job. I would recommend Dr. Hiffa to anyone with prostate issues. Every experience I have had with him has been very positive.
Dr. Hiffa was always very patient, professional, and easy to talk to. He communicated everything clearly and made sure all of my questions were answered and that I fully understood what was going to happen with my procedure. I truly appreciated how thorough and caring he was throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a urologist and would definitely see him again in the future if needed.
I met Dr. Hiffa when he stopped by my hospital room Christmas Day. My wife and I were blown away that he determined the probable cause of my hospital visit immediately, took 30 minutes to go get the needed supplies, and performed the relieving procedure himself, rather than farming it out to a nurse or PA. Also great bedside manner, sense of humor, friendliness -- in short, Dr. Hiffa will hereafter be my urologist. I'm seeing him soon for a followup. GREAT guy and great doctor.
My doctor at Georgia Urology retired, so this was my first time with Dr Hiffa. Super impressed. He seems to be much more up on the latest medical technology and treatment options for my condition. He’s caring and took a lot of time with me. So far, highly recommended.
