Dr. Hiffa provided outstanding care to my elderly father. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the entire process. His bedside manner was exceptional—calm, respectful, and patient. What stood out most was how thoroughly he explained everything, taking the time to educate us and ensure we felt informed and comfortable. Dr. Hiffa treated my father with great dignity and compassion, and we are truly grateful for the level of care he provided.
What a pleasant experience. The office staff was fantastic from there greeting to helping sort out a scheduling issue. Doctir was courteous, kind, thorough and patient with my mom. Listened and shared his expertise. Highly recommend!
Dr. Yuan had been my physician for just under 20 years and with his upcoming retirement I am now under the leadership of Dr. Hiffa. I met him yesterday, for the first time, and I can see that my continued care and concern will be passed on via of Dr. Hiffa. Georgia Urology has been my practice of choice and will remain so in the future.
Dr. Hiffa & Staff are welcoming from the moment you walk in. You’re greeted with a hello & smile at check-in & once you go to a room the Nurses are beyond wonderful. Dr. Hiffa has the best bedside manner I’ve ever met in a doctor & explains in detail your medical condition at the current moment. A+++++ from me
