I had a video conference with Dr. Hiffa. It was excellent. I was able to discuss my issues with him and come to a conclusion regarding my treatment and how best to move forward. Dr. Hiffa was extremely understanding, patient with my questions and very informative and knowledgeable about the subject.
Thank goodness that Dr. Hiffa worked me in immediately. Otherwise I had a two week wait with my prior urologist. Dr. Hiffa was a great listener, a total gentleman and a professional. I highly recommend him.
This was my first visit with Dr. Hiffa, as my prior Urologist retired. We had a thorough conversation about my health plan, and I am extremely pleased to have him as my new Urologist. He is personable, knowledgeable, and a good listener as well. I absolutely trust him and recommend him without reservation.
Dr. Hiffa is great. He took the time to read my chart in advance of my first appointment and then spoke with me to understand my current situation and symptoms. He carefully explained my issues and potential solutions. I feel very confident with him as my doctor.
I met Dr. Hiffa when he stopped by my hospital room Christmas Day. My wife and I were blown away that he determined the probable cause of my hospital visit immediately, took 30 minutes to go get the needed supplies, and performed the relieving procedure himself, rather than farming it out to a nurse or PA. Also great bedside manner, sense of humor, friendliness -- in short, Dr. Hiffa will hereafter be my urologist. I'm seeing him soon for a followup. GREAT guy and great doctor.
