I had a video conference with Dr. Hiffa. It was excellent. I was able to discuss my issues with him and come to a conclusion regarding my treatment and how best to move forward. Dr. Hiffa was extremely understanding, patient with my questions and very informative and knowledgeable about the subject.
This was my first time going to see Dr. Hiffa. He is very kind and polite. He answered all my questions and concerns. He was wonderful and caring. I trust him totally. His office staff and nurses are very nice too. Thank you for all your help.
Thank goodness that Dr. Hiffa worked me in immediately. Otherwise I had a two week wait with my prior urologist. Dr. Hiffa was a great listener, a total gentleman and a professional. I highly recommend him.
