Dr Hiffa is an outstanding physician! He is professional, communicates so my husband and I both have a clear understanding of the information and he is very personable! We are very satisfied with the care my husband.has received!
I met Dr. Hiffa when he stopped by my hospital room Christmas Day. My wife and I were blown away that he determined the probable cause of my hospital visit immediately, took 30 minutes to go get the needed supplies, and performed the relieving procedure himself, rather than farming it out to a nurse or PA. Also great bedside manner, sense of humor, friendliness -- in short, Dr. Hiffa will hereafter be my urologist. I'm seeing him soon for a followup. GREAT guy and great doctor.
Dr. Hiffa is great. He took the time to read my chart in advance of my first appointment and then spoke with me to understand my current situation and symptoms. He carefully explained my issues and potential solutions. I feel very confident with him as my doctor.
My first visit with Dr. Hiffa as Dr. Haber retired. It was refreshing to have him sit and discuss my overall health. Provided new information regarding how he checks for issues and test they would use. Explained many issues and was very personal. Exceptional visit and I am pleased to have him as my Doctor. Very friendly and personable, walks into the room with a clear understanding of your conditon, provides knowledgable information on courses of treatments available to you or not and why. Listens to your concerns and allows you to fell you are fully participating in decision making of your care. As a patient I felt very comfortable, relaxed and satisfied with the direction of my care.
