I've been with Dr opara now for almost 2 years since he first joined life stance health. Even if he was to ever leave or go elsewhere in Michigan IDC if I would have to find a ride and drive 5 hours to see him I wouldn't want and I can not ask for a Dr who is more understanding down to earth and all around one of the most amazing Drs I've worked with he doesn't push until you finally break like some Drs he's very thoughtful of your feelings. What a fantastic human being and therapist! Anthony made me feel heard and valued. He did not disrespect me or marginalize my feelings, thoughts, or opinions. It’s not his treatment plan. It’s OUR treatment plan! I’m so thankful for being connected with him and his team.

Dr.Oprara is amazing 👏! He takes his time and listens to me. I feel appreciated every appointment. Dr. Oprara has done such a wonderful job for my mental health! Thanks to him I am feeling 100% back to myself and I haven't felt like this is a long time.

Dr. Opara is amazing!!! He isn't the type to just push meds, he wants to get to the root cause. I am so excited to be working with him on my journey to feeling better!
