Dr. Opara is amazing!!! He isn't the type to just push meds, he wants to get to the root cause. I am so excited to be working with him on my journey to feeling better!

What a fantastic human being and therapist! Anthony made me feel heard and valued. He did not disrespect me or marginalize my feelings, thoughts, or opinions. It’s not his treatment plan. It’s OUR treatment plan! I’m so thankful for being connected with him and his team.

I absolutely love working with Dr Opara!!! He is a wonderful man who gets right to the point. Caring, compassionate, understanding, and thoughtful. Highly recommend!

I’m too stuck going here because they switched over from my old therapy office. But the people from the main line are rude on the phone when you call about medicine. Mary is the best. You can’t just do a telehealth you have to pay a portion of your bill first. They just kinda suck but my doctor is nice. He is super accommodating. And always willing to work with me. 10/10 for Dr. Opara 0/10 for lifestance

I really like Dr. OPARA. He listens to my concerns and questions about my health. He is genuinely interested and wants to help. He is direct and to the point. Honest and sincere. Definitely would recommend him.
