Apathetic to valid concerns, and extremely rude and derogatory contractor Brian has taken all the joy out of this previously exciting and costly endeavor. Assures he knows what he's doing but continually shows otherwise. Too late to turn back for me, hopefully I can help you. Seemingly good company, request a different person if you choose them.
