This was a very good first meeting. I felt very comfortable speaking with him, if I could just stop my crying. He realized how much hurt, grief, anger , and every other emotion there is, we can’t meet for about 2 weeks or so. He was very thorough and very understanding and calming ,
Tony was great. He listened to all of my concerns and addressed each one. I felt heard and seen.
