I had excellent treatment and the recovery was very good hardly any pain i would highly recommend Dr Desia for any male with prostate problems i am a 77 year old Black male
Dr Desai and staff were awesome! Kind, caring, friendly, and patient. The software/ portal - not so much. I was asked to confirm my appointment 4 TIMES and each of the 4 times I confirmed I was forced to verify ALL my personal info and medical history (about 10 screens) and then at the end of that I was forced to go through about 4 pages of ads in order to “ confirm”. A confirm should just be a yes or no. Verify info at sign in ( virtually or in person) - THAT should be separate from confirming.
My experience and medical care with Dr. Desai has been great and continues every time I see him. I am just totally please with his care and will continue to see him as needed.
Hands down the best doctor I’ve ever seen. He explains everything on a level anyone could understand. He listens to your concerns and will find a solution to help you one way or another. I have not one negative thing to say about him. Great Dr!
