Very good doctor. He takes time to listen and trys his best to solve the issues. If you are looking for a urologist and surgeon he is the best. He will not stop till the issue is fixed.
Dr Desai and staff were awesome! Kind, caring, friendly, and patient. The software/ portal - not so much. I was asked to confirm my appointment 4 TIMES and each of the 4 times I confirmed I was forced to verify ALL my personal info and medical history (about 10 screens) and then at the end of that I was forced to go through about 4 pages of ads in order to “ confirm”. A confirm should just be a yes or no. Verify info at sign in ( virtually or in person) - THAT should be separate from confirming.
Hands down the best doctor I’ve ever seen. He explains everything on a level anyone could understand. He listens to your concerns and will find a solution to help you one way or another. I have not one negative thing to say about him. Great Dr!
I have had kidney stones since age 5. I pass stones multiple times per year and have had to have surgical intervention 3 times. The last occurrence, I met Dr Desai. He wanted to address the blockage of my right kidney, clear out all stones that remained in the kidney and get to the bottom of the cause of my stones to prevent them moving forward. Knowledgeable and caring. Those 2 words are not enough. Dr Desai has a way of showing he really cares and is very easy to talk to. He explains completely what is going on, in my case bladder cancer. After my surgery and with the follow up immunotherapy he has a way of making tough times tolerable. He is a fine surgeon and has the skills and charisma to not only solve the problem but make it tolerable. Thank you for your care.
