Anuvia has been coming to my school and running Social Emotional Learning groups that have been very powerful for the students. They look forward to meeting with the staff from Anuvia each week as they provide professional, entertaining, and worthwhile knowledge to the students. The impact on the future of the students is immeasurable. I cannot thank Anuvia enough for their efforts in helping our school to grow well-rounded, confident, and kind future leaders.
Anuvia provides social emotional learning for middle schoolers in my after school program. They are able to keep their small groups engaged in these conversations and have tangible items for them to take home and keep sometimes (which the kids love). Also, they are a community partner dedicated to the work and will be providing a parent informational session soon that I’m excited about!
Ms.Tene is an amazing therapist. I feel completely comfortable opening up to her and sharing my introspective with her. Ever since I met Ms.Tene I feel as though I've gained a strong confidant. I recommend her to anyone. She is completely understanding and will even make you laugh a few times during the session. Honesty she deserves to be a world famous therapist by how seriously she takes her job. Thank you Ms.Tene and please keep doing what you're doing
The Resilience and Recovery group, especially Tene who leads the group, is great. The group is different from most other recovery groups, which focus primarily on uncovering past trauma or the reasons why you used; the group discusses ways to reframe your thoughts and learn more coping skills so that, when you feels the urge to use, you can identify those thoughts and work to change them into more positive and healthy reactions.
