Loving this gym! I am able to concentrate on my workout without distractions. Eric was so helpful in showing me the machines and in encouraging me. It's clean and well lit and I can go anytime I want!

Amazing staff! Very knowledgeable and ready to help you. The gym is always veey clean. Well lit. I also like that you see people of all ages and levels of fitness. Whether you are just starting out or a fitness buff - all are welcome and encouraged.
The clean and positive environment is everything to my husband and I. Eric, the owner & manager, brings such a great energy to the place, and treats each member with equal courtesy. His ability to communicate/educate clearly, AND motivate is incredible. That takes a lot of energy within itself, and one can observe he takes pride in helping others to the best of this ability!
