I love the laid back and friendly atmosphere. I go early in the morning because I’m still used to that early morning PT from my time in the Army. The staff is ah’mazing! Friendly and courteous. I love my gym. Especially the app and the workouts I’m able to set up.

Had a membership here for over 4 years. I enjoyed my time here until I tried to switched gyms. Now I have spent the last 7 months trying to cancel my membership. I have talk to the manger in person and over the phone over 5 times at this point and he says the same thing everytime I get the same response “it’s out of my hands. You have to call members services, then send an email, and then fill out a survey followed up by a phone call” so I spent over 30 mins on hold with there “member services” and have had 4 long phone cal... read more

Love the staff @ Riverwood AF. 💟 They are constantly encouraging everyone!! I enjoy the monthly competition to keep me honest and on-track with goals; while mixing up my areas of focus. 10/10 recommend. ✨

I love this Gym , is well equiped , Jan my trainer is awesome . Everybody is in a good mood and willing to help in what ever you need. 🤩🤩🤩🤩

Excellent choice for a 24/7 gym! It's very clean, the atmosphere is pleasant, and they have a wide variety of machines and equipment. It's very convenient. They often offer deals for new members.
