I recently went through one of the hardest weeks of my life. Funny thing is, I have only been here for a couple days…and my bad week turned into a better one. No one knows what someone is going through. Life can be hard. But the entire staff just give off such a happy, kind and caring energy. You can tell Gods love is here! They want to know your name and watch you succeed! I am so happy I signed up.

Excellent choice for a 24/7 gym! It's very clean, the atmosphere is pleasant, and they have a wide variety of machines and equipment. It's very convenient. They often offer deals for new members.

This place is always clean. The equipment is great and members generally follow the rules to clean up after themselves and putting equipment back in its proper place. It feels very safe here, no matter the time of day. It does get busy weekday mornings, but it's never too busy that you can't use whatever machine you want.
