I went on Tuesday to see about signing up my significant other around 10:30AM but nobody was there. We walked in through the visitor door but couldn’t find an employee. So we walked around and looked at the machines and gave our self a tour. We then scheduled a tour for Thursday at 9 AM. We got there at 8:50AM and right before 9 o’clock we walked up to the door to try and go inside, but the doors were locked, so we sat in the parking lot and waited to see if somebody would show up. Going downhill FAST! Things are starting to fall into disrepair. This gym isn’t old enough for the machines to be creaking so bad, shower walls molded, drain flies all over the place. What is going on? The old management team needs to come back! Update: now 1 stars from me 😒 came and the doors were down. I get that sometimes it happens but not the first time this has happened. For a place called anytime fitness and to only be accessible 60 percent of the time because the key fob door simply isnt working is disappointing. I have attempted to go multiple times before work in the early morning from 5 am to 6 am and every time without fail the key fob reader simply is not on and does not read my fob. It works whenever I go past 9 but anytime before that is a crapshoot. How can you be labeled open 24/7 when that simply is not true. Do not go here! These people will not answer your phone calls, or respond to your emails. The office is hardly ever staffed. They will make sure that charge goes through though. They automatically renew without asking you first! Gym smells like urine and equipment is sus.

Personal trainer was very critical (to the point of being mean) of my physical strength ( which is why I was there!). Office manager was unpleasantly pushy about my membership- when I signed in and when I tried to cancel. I will not be returning!
