Great local gym. Has everything you could ask for in a fitness center here in Hunters Creek. Always clean with tons of machine options. 5 stars!

Chris just made me realize that everything from head to toe is connected. I just thought I needed to get my legs in shape. He had me work on my upper body and he explained what muscles we were working on and how that muscle is used in your daily life. He has good positive reinforcement. His compliments make me feel great about myself and also makes me feel like I am accomplishing things by working out

This is not my home gym, I travel a lot and I have been to AF locations all over the country and this is in my top 5! It’s a HUGE location with a lot of nice equipment and they have very friendly staff who are personable and actually out walking the floor, cleaning, training and getting to know the members. One thing Florida AF locations have in common is they call you by your name. I have been members at gyms for years and never had anyone even talk to me and I can go to an AF in Florida twice and they know my name.

What separates this gym from all the others is the availability. You can go at any time, and your machines will be available. The staff is amiable, and they also have great personal trainers. If you're looking to train and not have to deal with a bunch of egomaniacs this is the right gym for you.
