I have been going to Anytime Fitness for years. I often pop around from Brandon and Sioux Falls so I get around to all the gyms In our area, and I must say you can’t go wrong with Anytime. 6 months ago I herniated a disc. My arches fell, my hips tightened, my entire lower back felt like it was going to be completely sucked dry of all life. One of the best anytime’s we’ve been to so far & we travel a lot! Clean, tons of options, spacious & good size!
The bathrooms are kept clean. Dawn is very encouraging during the exercises. Would appreciate more form pointers during the circuit demo. i.e. where to focus eyes, reminders to brace abs... I appreciate her cheeriness and genuine concern. Appreciate the exercise modifications to meet the athlete's abilities. Good overall experience.
very strange experience. the website mentions day passes are available so i went to go for a day to see if i should change to anytime fitness. i showed up on a saturday and the door was locked. i figure it’s because there’s no staff on weekends? i tried calling twice and got no response. i came back on wednesday around 11am and the door is still locked. maybe that’s their policy, whatever. i tried calling their number to see if i can get a day pass and be let in, only to have nobody answer again. the front door has a QR co... read more
