Rating it from a long time AF member who visits many facilities across the country. It has everything you need especially ample heavy dumbbells, leg press, and squat racks. Great multi-use space (purple carpet). Lots of parking too.
The club is fine and workers there. However anytime fitness as a whole, and the parent company of them are horrible. The way they do billing, "policies", freezing accounts, and their customer service is horrible. As someone that paid for 10 years at a club was left with unauthorized billing of my month to month "contract" and was charged 4 times even though i havent paid or been to the club in 2 years. They do this to thousands of patrons and previous loyal members. Do not sign up for anytime fitness.
Used to be a great local gym. With changes in ownership and management in the last few years it's gone down. You get told one thing by local management and then get over charged even though you we're told that wouldn't happen again. Upper management doesn't care and won't fix anything. Had been a member for about 8 years. No plan on returning.
Very clean, fun and friendly atmosphere, always welcoming.
Best Anytime Fitness in Duluth. I needed a manual BFM for joining the military and Jack was more than willing to help us out despite being on such short notice (and was the ONLY one willing to do so). Super friendly guy and willing to make it happen. Jack’s the best!
