Gratitude and thanks to AOAUSA. AOA has been a real lifeline of help to me as a real estate owner. AOA has been my go to for getting updated rental forms specific to each city. Just access to those updated forms is worth the annual fee. The background check access and instructions are needed services they provide. This is a very difficult review to write, because I must admit I was wrong. I have been a member of AOA for many years. In years past the AOA magazine editors page carried wild and unbelievable warnings about government run amok and drastic rent controls in the future. I found the articles absurd. Then COVID came and the predictions were all true. AOA provides free legal forms to keep small landlords out of trouble. They provide inexpensive background searches for tenants. My eviction Attorny told me to join that they have the best rental firms out there. If you e ver have a dispute, they rental forms will help you in court. Over the years I have also gained valuable knowledge in new laws, that owners must abide by. They also have preferred vendors for direct deposit by tenants, getting balconies checked etc. I do not like that the site times out as I try to fill in the application forms. It does not give me enough time. Therefore 4 Stars
