My eviction Attorny told me to join that they have the best rental firms out there. If you e ver have a dispute, they rental forms will help you in court. Over the years I have also gained valuable knowledge in new laws, that owners must abide by. They also have preferred vendors for direct deposit by tenants, getting balconies checked etc. I do not like that the site times out as I try to fill in the application forms. It does not give me enough time. Therefore 4 Stars
