This is a very difficult review to write, because I must admit I was wrong. I have been a member of AOA for many years. In years past the AOA magazine editors page carried wild and unbelievable warnings about government run amok and drastic rent controls in the future. I found the articles absurd. Then COVID came and the predictions were all true. AOA provides free legal forms to keep small landlords out of trouble. They provide inexpensive background searches for tenants.
