I have been a member for over 10 years and still am learning from AOA. They are like having a business consultant on call, which we need in CA
Just spoke with an advisor at apartment owners association, Madrene Gee. She was very helpful in discussing rental applicant screening, especially verifying the income for someone who is self-employed. I really appreciated her feedback and insight. She also referred me to several forms on the AOA website, which will be very helpful. Thank you very much for your assistance today, I really appreciate it.
I recently had some questions regarding tenant eviction and was able to speak to Mandarin Gee, who was very patient, professional and knowledgeable, and she patiently answered all of my questions in detail. She was very helpful. I am very proud to be part of AOA and have their support.
I called AOA on Black Friday, unsure if they were open. To my surprise, they were not only open but extremely helpful. They answered all my questions and provided clear, step-by-step instructions on how to proceed. Special thanks to *Medrene Gee from AOA and *Nicolas from PMC client support. Your assistance is very much appreciated!!
After verifying my membership status I was able to ask my questions and get answers and suggestions that will make my rental experiences much better for me. I didn't get the person's name I spoke with. However, she was professional, kind, and knowledgeable on he subjects of my concerns. My membership will continue with AOA.
