I spoke with Rochelle Hundal yesterday. I needed advice on my current tenant wanting to add a roommate. Rochelle was extremely knowledgeable re: form numbers needed, whether I needed a whole new rental agreement or if I could use addendums. Rochelle also advised me on pet deposits and not charging monthly for Service Animals. Rochelle's knowledge on % allowed for rent or security deposit increases was extremely helpful. Great experience once I was able to speak to a representative. It took about 8 min on hold. Not bad at all, except there was no hold sounds that told me I was still connected... Just dead silence, which made me question if I was still on hold
