Credit check was easy to do. I had some questions, so the representative transferred me to the correct person who was able to answer most of my questions which I found extremely helpful. The only thing that I would have liked instead of me looking it up would have been if the 2nd representative could have given me the rents for my area code. She recommended a site to me, but I had difficulty with that site.
Its great being able to talk with AOA when I have an important question about tenancy situations. I would recommend everyone owning investment property become an AOA Member! I'm also a Realtor so I know how important it is to get the correct answer.
The AOA is a wonderful resource for landlords like me who often have rental property management questions. They're great to offer advice and provide the latest updates with rental housing laws and procedures. They also provide all the forms you need in this business and their seminars are great for keeping us updated on new laws and investment advice.
AOA has been an incredible investment since taking over the property management of our parents rentals. It is truly a blessing to have an advocate on your side when learning the ins and outs of being a landlord. The referred contractors published in the AOA magazine are priceless.
