Credit check was easy to do. I had some questions, so the representative transferred me to the correct person who was able to answer most of my questions which I found extremely helpful. The only thing that I would have liked instead of me looking it up would have been if the 2nd representative could have given me the rents for my area code. She recommended a site to me, but I had difficulty with that site.
I had a situation and reached out AOA for a legitimate answer. Rochelle from their legal team was very helpful, she listened to my story and provide a valuable information, the AOA membership is crucial for a landlord in this increasingly confusing and complexed environment. this is a great organization. I learned enough to manage my own rentals for 30 years from them. I just hired an agent and I even saw some of her errors thanks to the AOA. Joining the AOA does cost somemoney but it is some of the best money I everspent.
