Tony and team installed my pool back in 2018. The crew was friendly and knowledgeable, super helpful for a guy who never had a pool, let alone wired one. We had a couple hiccups which can be expected, wrong heater was delivered, Tony corrected immediately. I recall the pool (San Juan Desert Springs) was coming from Florida so timing on the delivery was tricky but managed very well. Investing in an in-ground pool is a scary and expensive process! Not to mention a huge undertaking. Just as we’ve heard about in the local this year, there are some not-so-honest nor trustworthy pool companies out there. BUT!! My Pool & Patio IS NOT ONE of those companies. We are very pleased with our experience with Tony, Mitchell, Russ and the My Pool & Patio team. We signed a contract in Oct-21 and the said the pool would be delivered on 17Feb22 and it was! It was in the ground the next day. We needed a retaining wall which they installed and we were able to enjoy the pool for the summer. I have heard horror stories from neighbors about other pool companies and can only recommend My Pool & Patio to anyone looking for a quality pool, quality install and with people you can trust.
My Pool and Patio performed a warranty service call on a Hayward product I purchased elsewhere. The service technician was informative, answering all my questions, and did a thorough job on the salt cell. In the end, they honored the warranty and replaced the cell. I had a difficult time finding a service provider to do this work until reaching My Pool and Patio. Brittany and Branson were great. Highly recommend.
Just started the dig today and Russ snd his team have been great!! Very good at explaining the process and answering any questions. Today was the dig, gravel base, insert pool and level pool. Fingers crossed the rest of the process is as smooth and efficient as day 1.
