We contracted with My Pool and Patio after talking to several other pool dealers in the area. Everyone at My Pool and Patio from the owner, sales staff, and construction staff were professional and courteous. They took a lot of time to answer our questions and address any concerns. I can say that this was a great investment for us. We have enjoyed the pool and extra time with family and friends so much. Highly recommend working with My Pool and Patio!
We had a great experience with My Pool and Patio and the installation of our pool. The initial and follow up consultations were informative and helpful. They worked on the design and made it exactly what we had in mind. The installation team was professional and efficient. I did a ton of research before deciding to go with My Pool & Patio and I’m so glad that I did. From beginning to end they have made sure I was happy every step of the way. My wife and I met Mitchell Frederick at the Home Show in Louisville, Ky. He is a salesman for My Pool and Patio in LaGrange, Ky., but he turned out to be much more than that. We ended up purchasing a 14' X 29' fiberglass pool from them with concrete work and landscaping. Mitchell was with us the whole way. He was the Project Manager, the Construction Manager and the Service Manager (even though there were other employees assigned to those roles.)
