I have always dreamt of owning a pool and I was finally able to achieve that dream thanks to My Pool and Patio! The first person I met was Mitchell, my sales consultant. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, but he took a genuine interest in helping us select the pool that best fit our needs. He has been with us every step of the way. Tony and team installed my pool back in 2018. The crew was friendly and knowledgeable, super helpful for a guy who never had a pool, let alone wired one. We had a couple hiccups which can be expected, wrong heater was delivered, Tony corrected immediately. I recall the pool (San Juan Desert Springs) was coming from Florida so timing on the delivery was tricky but managed very well. We highly recommend My Pool & Patio! They did a fantastic job designing and installing our inground fiberglass pool. It’s exactly what we wanted, had to work with them to incorporate our hot tub, and everything looks beautiful. We had a challenging install due to living on top of a hill but the team managed to get the pool up and in the ground with no issues. We appreciated the pool school and help from their team since this is our first pool owning experience. Thank you!
