We contracted with My Pool and Patio after talking to several other pool dealers in the area. Everyone at My Pool and Patio from the owner, sales staff, and construction staff were professional and courteous. They took a lot of time to answer our questions and address any concerns. We highly recommend My Pool & Patio! They did a fantastic job designing and installing our inground fiberglass pool. It’s exactly what we wanted, had to work with them to incorporate our hot tub, and everything looks beautiful. We had a challenging install due to living on top of a hill but the team managed to get the pool up and in the ground with no issues. We appreciated the pool school and help from their team since this is our first pool owning experience. Thank you!
We are very pleased with our experience with Tony, Mitchell, Russ and the My Pool & Patio team. We signed a contract in Oct-21 and the said the pool would be delivered on 17Feb22 and it was! It was in the ground the next day. We needed a retaining wall which they installed and we were able to enjoy the pool for the summer. I have heard horror stories from neighbors about other pool companies and can only recommend My Pool & Patio to anyone looking for a quality pool, quality install and with people you can trust.
