All of the staff were very empathetic and nice and professional. Doctor took time to listen to my concerns and was very detailed in his answers. Once I left, I felt much better about my condition. I finally got the knowledge I have been seeking for almost a year! Thanks for the amazing atmosphere. I will be a long time patient at this office!
Dr. Raore is amazing! Kind, friendly and professional. Treats his patients like family. Explains everything in terms I can understand. The staff are friendly and polite. My appointments always go quickly and the wait time is always very timely.
I recently accompanied a friend to the Apex Clinic. for an unexpected back and neck pain, and I couldn't have been more impressed with the service we received. From the moment we walked in, Kevin was incredibly welcoming and attentive. I loved that he spoke the same language Spanish, since it is much easier. The facility itself was clean and well-organized, which immediately 10/10 recommend! They were professional and friendly from beginning til end.
This nurses were very nice and the Dr, was informative and asked questions and he actually spoke to me. The reason I say that is because a lot of Dr, will speak to my wife rather than me., I understand why they do it. Because it’s hard to understand what I’m saying. But yeah it’s just really awesome when a Dr, will look at me and ask a question.
My experience was great! The office was clean and well maintained. The staff members were pleasant and professional. Dr. Robert Ayer was pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and made me feel like I’m in great hands. I’ll continue my care with Dr. Robert Ayer and this practice.
