To me, Dr. Ayer is one of the best in the business! He explained to me what I needed, what he thought would help me fell better. He achieved that goal and thanks for that. Dr. Ayer and his staff are wonderful. He met my mom in the emergency department right before performing surgery and he was a calming presence during a very stressful time. He continued to see her through the ups downs until she was recently released from his care. Yay! It’s been a long road but we couldn’t have made it without Dr. Ayer, the nurses and the staff. Finally! The reason why my primary care physician referred me to Dr. Ayer. His front office personnel (Carla), assistant (Ashley) and nurse practitioner (Oya) complete the package of great medical care from beginning to end. Starting with Carla at the front office who is always so pleasant and helpful and Ashley who takes you to the patient room and is always attentive with your needs.
