I am in the process of getting both upper and lower dentures. They did amazing with taking care of both my jaw growths and doing lower implants. The front desk is very kind, I've had Lana as the assistant and she's amazing and makes you feel comfortable, and the prices are great compared to other places. I wish I would have came here first when starting this journey!
The staff as a whole were all very friendly and listened to my concerns and needs. Lana, the Dental Tech was very friendly and engaging. She made me very comfortable to be there, and made sure I had no questions or concerns before I left. Its rare for me to say I look forward to my dental care, but with this team, I do.
The star is for the staff. Bless them for dealing with that wretch of a man. Canceled my denture journey with them at my 2nd wax try-in when Dr. Gaston started gaslighting me. Accepting a denture I didn't love, just because it was the second try-in, is crazy work! I would of paid extra for it to keep going back to the drawing board to get exactly what I want. Very friendly staff. In my head Dr came off as a strong headed person. Actually he's very nice, he answered all my questions, teaches you about dentures, x-rays, his back round and is a straight to the point kinda person. He had me sit with the insurance gal, she gave me all up front costs before I left. He is what I say my Navy husband is a professional perfectionist, thats the kinda of dentist I am glad I now have. From the Time I set my appointment till I left nothing but wonderful customer service. They are all kind, caring an most of all compassionate of their clients. I always get nervous about going to Dentist but they truly make you feel comfortable.
