When tech arrived he said he did not have correct torsion spring on truck and that he would ensure that a tech would come on tuesday with the correct parts. At 10 am I called the store and said I had not received a call on when the tech was coming. After checking, I was told the earliest a tech could come was on Friday. If I hadnt checked I would not have known. I said Forget it, Ill find someone else who can repair the door.
