Replaced 2 garage door opener systems in July 2025. Incorrectly charged me for trim that was never replaced. Sent them pictures illustrating it was never replaced. Went back and forth for months. I finally just paid the incorrect invoice because it's laughable they couldn't adjust the mistake. Kyle is absolutely the best! He is quick to come out, efficient and super professional. We love having him come out to fix our doors, and he always lets me know any other maintenance coming up that I should do on them. As a service manager of a busy shop, having working garage doors are super important, so we are super thankful for Kyle and Apple Doors being so amazing, and always saving us when we need them! Thankful to Brian for coming out to perform our annual maintenance on our garage door. He provided insightful and reasonable information on the services that needed to be updated on our door. He also was able to give me a tutorial on how to close my garage door if it was unable to open. I'm appreciative for this and his knowledge.
Go somewhere else. Refused to honor the written quote and walked back promises. They were surprised to see I kept the original documentation. Charged me an additional 74.99 above the written price, which I agreed to after argument in order to get them off my property. The service person was the same guy that came 6 years ago. Nice to see a familiar face with great customer service! We use our garage door 24/7/365 so when the spring wears out, we're in trouble!! We're Apple door fans for life! Thank you very much Harvey!! Another great job well done!
