Replaced 2 garage door opener systems in July 2025. Incorrectly charged me for trim that was never replaced. Sent them pictures illustrating it was never replaced. Went back and forth for months. I finally just paid the incorrect invoice because it's laughable they couldn't adjust the mistake. The door openers seem fine (very quiet and the video option is cool) but I'd suggest you try another company. It was generally a rushed, sloppy install. Kyle is absolutely the best! He is quick to come out, efficient and super professional. We love having him come out to fix our doors, and he always lets me know any other maintenance coming up that I should do on them. As a service manager of a busy shop, having working garage doors are super important, so we are super thankful for Kyle and Apple Doors being so amazing, and always saving us when we need them! Ryan Harvey is the best! We had an emergency when the garage door wouldn’t open and both of our cars were in the garage. Ryan immediately found the problems and had them fixed in record time. He’s been here many times over the years and is knowledgeable, courteous and very polite. He has a personality to match - a rare combination in today’s world. We can’t recommend anyone more highly!

The service person was the same guy that came 6 years ago. Nice to see a familiar face with great customer service! We use our garage door 24/7/365 so when the spring wears out, we're in trouble!! We're Apple door fans for life! Thank you very much Harvey!! Another great job well done!

Apple Door provided excellent friendly efficient service. We have been a gold star service plan member since we moved into our home 9 years ago, and always had great service. Harvey was our technician today and replaced our keypad as well as providing door lubrication and safety checks. We highly recommend Apple Door and Harvey. Both have been excellent today and over the years.
