NIGHTMARE! My unit had holes IN THE TOP (unbeknownst to me) and it ruined SO MANY THINGS! When I asked about Applegates insurance, she told me to file a claim with my homeowners insurance…But my deductible is $1000, so forget it! I Don’t know if it was the recent rains in July, or the leaks from above, but the waterline in my unit was about 6 inches tall! BUYER BEWARE!!!!
